Where are orders shipped from?
Domestic orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada. USA and International orders are shipped from the USA via ChitChats.

What countries do you currently ship to?
Right now I can only ship to Canada and the US. This is to ensure everything is running smoothly before launching to a full international market alongside all of the ventures of VAT and EU shipping regulations. My in-person catalogue will adjust depending on the convention/market due to differing audiences, but by default everything will always be here unless retired or sold out!

Typically orders take 1-5 business days to ship. You should receive a notification once fulfilled!
Why did you remove Paypal?
Because they deactivated my account even after I verified my identity multiple times. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

DUTIES AFFECTING STICKER ORDERS (ONGOING):
HTS code 3919.90.50.60 which classifies my stickers, is a tariffed item. Shipping rates to US addresses include duties within shipping cost that I prepay with DDP (delivered duty paid). The tariff is dependent on the value of the item(s), therefore postage is determined by sticker amount rather than weight.
Tariffed and non-tariffed items cannot be shipped together in one package and will be sent separately, sorry! I'm looking for the best way to navigate this.
I am actively looking into acquiring CUSMA certification to eliminate tariffs on stickers if possible but this will take time. Shipping to Canada is unaffected. Prints are not tarrifed.
Canadian Goods Notice
All of my artwork and manufacturing is created at my home in Ontario, Canada with exceptions depending on the product. Additionally, all products shipping domestically to Canada are sent via Canada Post. US orders are shipped via USPS thanks to ChitChats.
For this reason, if there are negotiations or strikes within CUPW (Canadian Union of Postal Workers), domestic orders awaiting shipment will be temporarily delayed until service resumes. If your order is urgent, please contact me and we will try to find a reasonably priced third party shipment service to deliver your order as soon as possible. CUPW strikes should not affect American orders due to ChitChats.
Tariffs on American Orders
Tariffs may affect USA orders at any given time due to the current administration. Tariffs on any goods are taxes levied by the United States government that impose charges on Americans buyers, not the vendor. Any items sold that are currently tariffed are sent with DDP shipping, where I prepay the required duties when shipping. If there are tariffs/taxes/duties on your order that incur after they cross the border I cannot pay for them. If for any reason you are being asked to pay additional tariffs (NOT a brokerage fee), contact me immediately.
Brokerage Fee Notice for any shipments with Fedex, UPS, DHL etc
If your shipment was delivered with a third party shipment service upon request (ie Fedex, UPS, DHL) and are being billed additional charges, those are most likely brokerage fees and are fees inherent to third party shipment services. I am not responsible for these fees. It is the cost of using third party services. Only Canadians can self clear their packages at their local CBSA office to avoid brokerage fees. And that can't happen anyway since I'm also in Canada...sorry!

Order Modification, Cancelling & Refunds
Between order confirmation and ship fulfillment, orders can be modified or cancelled within reason upon contact. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified except as outlined in my shipping policies below.
Shipping
Order(s) Returned to Sender
Domestic Canadian orders sent via lettermail (standard, oversize and non-standard) are returned to me free of charge by Canada Post. If your order was returned, I will reach out to you. The order may be reshipped if payment is provided for a new stamp.
US orders are shipped through USPS via ChitChats as domestic US mail and will be processed back to the ChitChat's facility and discarded as I do not hold a US address for returns. Any discarded orders are considered missing and are subject to the "Damaged or Missing Order(s) Policy" outlined below.
Please make sure you triple check your address before submitting an order.
Damaged or Missing Order(s)
Damaged orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me and we can work something out together.
For missing orders, please allow 5 full business days beyond the furthest estimated shipping time. If your order still has not arrived, please file a claim with Canada Post for Canadian orders and USPS for American orders and contact me. In the case an order does not arrive after this period, the order can be refunded or replaced (excluding shipping). Special considerations are taken into account if the order is missing due to being discarded as a result of an incorrect address.
